Huasheng Industry conducted professional bending resistance tests on the 42 aluminum tube used in its core product Roller Shade. Through a scientific and rigorous testing process and data-driven analysis, the product's structural strength and durability were comprehensively verified, providing more reliable usage guarantees for end users and demonstrating the company's ultimate pursuit of product quality and technological research and development strength.

This experiment strictly follows industry testing standards and precisely controls key variables such as temperature and humidity in a standardized testing environment to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the test results. During the experiment, technicians applied specific loads to the 42 aluminum tube using professional equipment, focusing on monitoring the deformation and bending resistance limit of the aluminum tube under stress. From the final test report, it can be seen that the stress data (N value) of the aluminum tube sample in this test remained stable at 2001, the average value of the deformation monitoring key indicator (MPa value) was 0.00, and the coefficient of variation (CV%) of the data was 0.0. All parameters showed excellent stability and bending resistance, fully proving that the 42 aluminum tube can effectively resist external impact in practical applications, avoiding the impact of bending deformation on the normal use and service life of the Roller Shade.
