Huasheng Industry, which focuses on the research and production of Shutter, Blinds, and Shade, has good news: its TIPVC Shutter matching pins and screws have successfully passed the rigorous 120 hour salt spray environment test. The relevant test results were officially launched on November 17th. This product testing record not only confirms the excellent corrosion resistance of the accessories, but also demonstrates the company's strong research and development experimental strength.
This inspection focuses on the core components (pins+screws) of TIPVC Shutter. A total of 2 samples were sent for testing. The testing team started the experiment on November 12th: the samples were placed in a salt spray testing box to simulate a high corrosion environment, and the sample status was monitored every 24 hours according to the standard. The final result showed that after 120 hours of salt spray testing, the aluminum pin only showed slight redness, and the matching 304 stainless steel screw was in a stable state. The oxidation performance was "normal" in the later stage, and all indicators met the qualified standards. The durability of the accessory was verified under extreme conditions, exceeding the conventional requirement for 48 hours in the long run.
As a quality practitioner in the field of window decoration, Huasheng Industry has established a comprehensive research and development experimental system: not only equipped with professional environmental reliability equipment such as salt spray testing chambers, but also established a testing process that exceeds industry standards. Starting from the core components of Shutter, Blinds, and Shade, Huasheng Industry conducts targeted experiments (such as salt spray and oxidation testing) to accurately control the performance of products in complex scenarios such as humidity and high salt. Professional testers follow up and accurately record the entire process, ensuring that the quality of each window decoration product's accessories is backed by experimental data, directly improving the overall service life and user experience of Shutter, Blinds, and Shade.
