To enhance the front-end service team's deep understanding of the product and empower customer experience with more professional and accurate services, Huasheng Industry's customer service department, under the leadership of the supervisor, conducted an immersive product learning activity in the production workshop.

On site, the customer service team conducted multi link learning around the full product chain awareness: in the product display area, everyone observed different styles of Blinds products up close, combined with physical objects to understand their materials, processes, design characteristics, and usage scenarios. At the accessory assembly station, workshop technicians demonstrated the installation process of the core accessories of the product on site. The customer service personnel took notes while watching, synchronously sorting out high-frequency details in customer inquiries. In the material storage area, the team compared various accessory samples and clarified the use and adaptation scenarios of different specifications of materials.

From paper-based parameters to physical perception, this learning has broken down the information barrier between front-end services and back-end production. Customer service staff have expressed that in the past, their explanations of material differences and installation details were not concrete enough when communicating with customers. Now that they have witnessed the production process firsthand, they will have more confidence in providing follow-up services.

Huasheng Industry's vivid implementation of customer experience as the core service concept, by promoting the service team to go deep into the production line, transforms professional services from slogans to perceptible abilities.
