Recently, Huasheng Industry Laboratory conducted professional tensile performance testing on its core product, Roller Shade Sunshine Fabric, to verify its durability, stability, and safety performance in practical applications through scientific testing. This test strictly followed industry standards and internal high standard testing procedures, and ultimately achieved excellent performance in all key indicators.
As an important product in the field of sunshade, the tensile performance of Roller Shade sunshine fabric is directly related to the product's service life, safety, and user experience. To ensure the accuracy and authority of the test results, Huasheng Industry laboratory uses high-precision testing equipment to conduct comprehensive testing on core indicators such as maximum force, tensile strength, maximum force deformation, and total elongation of the fabric. During the testing process, key variables such as standard distance setting and environmental temperature and humidity are strictly controlled, and the entire process is operated in a standardized manner with real-time recording to ensure that each set of data is true and reliable.
The test results show that the Roller Shade sunshine fabric performs outstandingly in tensile testing: the maximum force tested in a single group reaches 1856N, and key indicators such as tensile strength and maximum force deformation meet the preset standards. Moreover, the standard deviation (StdDev) and coefficient of variation (CV%) of all test data are both 0. This data means that the product performance consistency is extremely strong, the production process is stable and controllable, and even in the face of daily pulling, environmental stress and other tests during long-term use, it can effectively resist deformation and fracture risks, providing a solid guarantee for the long-term stable operation of building shading systems.
