Extra-wide blinds sit at the difficult end of our product range: the wider the span, the more demanding the load, alignment, and drive requirements become. Huasheng Industry has completed validation of a 3.6-meter motorized blind system and is now accepting oversized orders for project work.
Engineers treated the 3.6-meter span as a fresh design problem rather than an extension of existing models. The headrail was reinforced to prevent mid-span deflection, ladder cord spacing was recalculated so slat alignment holds consistently across the full width, and the drive system was matched to the load it must actually carry, not to a catalogue rating.
The validated build runs on a Dooya square-tube motor, a drive platform chosen for stable output and reliable long-term operation in continuous use. Factory testing cycled the blind through full raise, lower, and tilt sequences, confirming synchronized movement, consistent slat alignment end to end, and smooth, low-effort operation at a span that would defeat a standard assembly.
For B2B buyers, the significance is straightforward: oversized openings no longer require splitting a window into joined sections or accepting sagging performance. Orders can now be placed for made-to-measure oversized blinds across our full finish range, supported by in-house engineering, sampling, and production capacity. Project enquiries and custom specifications are welcome.
