Japanese customers visit Huasheng Industry laboratory for inspection and exchange, exploring new opportunities for technical cooperation togetherPublished on : 2026-02-06

Customers from Japan visited the Huasheng Industry Technology R&D Center laboratory for a one-day on-site inspection and in-depth technical exchange. This visit not only demonstrates Huasheng Industry's technical strength in the field of material weather resistance testing, but also opens a new chapter of cooperation between the two sides in the research and application of functional materials.

Accompanied by the Huasheng Industry technical team, the Japanese client delegation first visited the sample preparation area and gained a detailed understanding of the standardized preparation process and management regulations for various test samples. Subsequently, they went deep into the core testing area and observed the operation of a series of professional equipment such as xenon lamp aging test chamber, ultraviolet accelerated weathering test machine, and precision oven on site. Huasheng Industry technical experts provided detailed explanations on equipment principles, testing methods, and data accuracy, and demonstrated the material aging testing process in a simulated real environment on site. The customer highly praised the laboratory's rigorous operating standards, advanced equipment configuration, and precise data analysis capabilities, and expressed a strong interest in our company's technical accumulation in the field of accelerated aging testing.

At the exchange meeting, both parties had a lively discussion on the technical requirements of functional materials in terms of weather resistance, durability, and other aspects. The Japanese customer shared their actual pain points in terminal product applications, while the Huasheng Industry technical team combined their rich testing experience and technical reserves to propose targeted solutions. Through this in-depth face-to-face communication, both parties not only enhanced technical mutual trust, but also reached preliminary consensus on multiple potential cooperation directions.
