The laboratory of Huasheng Industry Technology Center successfully completed the lamp replacement of QUV accelerated weathering test equipment, laying a solid hardware foundation for the accurate detection of key indicators such as weather resistance and anti-aging performance of subsequent products.
The QUV ultraviolet accelerated weathering test equipment is one of the core devices in Huasheng Industry's product quality control system. It mainly simulates harsh environments such as outdoor sunlight exposure, rain, condensation, etc., and is used to evaluate the weathering performance of various materials and finished products, providing scientific and reliable data support for product research and development, process optimization, and quality certification. As the operating cycle of the equipment accumulates, the ultraviolet radiation intensity of the lamp gradually decreases. To ensure the accuracy and stability of the test data, the laboratory team strictly followed the equipment maintenance procedures and systematically replaced and calibrated the aging lamp tubes.
In this maintenance work, the technical personnel strictly followed the operating specifications and completed the entire process of dismantling the old lamp tube, installing the new lamp tube, calibrating the irradiation intensity, and conducting equipment trial operation in detail. After the replacement is completed, all performance indicators of the equipment meet the standard requirements, and various weather aging tests can continue to be efficiently carried out, providing a solid guarantee for the long-term reliability of Huasheng products in outdoor application scenarios.
