October at Huasheng Industry was a month of adding rather than announcing — more equipment on the floor, more test cycles in the laboratory, more material in stock, and a trade calendar that now runs well into 2027.
The most visible change was on the production floor, where the wood venetian blind line continued its equipment upgrade programme through the month. The work is incremental and deliberate: higher throughput on existing product families, tighter consistency between production runs, and the capacity to absorb larger orders without stretching delivery dates. Expanded capacity is not an abstract claim in this business — it is the difference between quoting a lead time and keeping one.
Alongside the machines, October's stock position deserves mention. The company holds large quantities of solid wood board and aluminium profiles in a wide range of sizes, with flat panel quality and low deformation suited directly to shutter and blind manufacturing. Ample stock converts into fast lead time, and fast lead time converts into bulk orders that do not have to wait their turn.
The laboratory ran its scheduled cyclic tests through October, simulating both real usage and outdoor working conditions across product performance indicators. The programme is structured as a comparison rather than a checklist: each cycle's data is set against the previous one, details that drift are identified, refined and retested. For customers, the value is not a certificate on a wall but a stable, dependable product line across successive shipments.
October also saw the introduction of lightweight PVC louver slats — weight comparable to wood, higher strength and better bending resistance than standard PVC, reducing load on tracks and motors, waterproof and anti-warp for humid climates. Samples of new and existing products were inspected, packed and dispatched to partners worldwide during the month, as they are every month.
The month's commercial centre was the 140th Canton Fair in Guangzhou, which concluded successfully with face-to-face discussions across shutters, blinds and window covering components. In parallel, the company activated a VTB account to simplify payment collection for China–Russia trade, removing a practical friction for buyers in that market.
The next stop is JAPANTEX 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight, 18–20 November, Booth JTW4-K28, where blinds, shades and shutters will be presented with the aim of developing sales channels with Japanese buyers. Further international trade shows are scheduled through 2027, including R+T Stuttgart in February 2027 at Booth C2 2831 and Expo Construcción & Expodesiflo at Booth 628.
Inquiries, sample requests and meeting appointments for any of these dates are welcome in advance; the earlier a specification is known, the more of it can be prepared before the container is booked.
